Maryam slept through the whole night. Daddy and Mommy slept through the 2am alarm to give Maryam her dose of Tylenol, but it didn't seem to phase her. She didn't spike a temp at all, and she didn't wake up fussy. She kind of whined twice through out the night, but all I had to do was pat her on the back or hiny and she fell back to sleep.
The coughing seems to be getting worse. When she has a big coughing fit it triggers an even bigger retching fit. And when she has a retching fit it causes an even bigger coughing fit. She's definitely coughing stuff up, we had to change her clothes 4 times yesterday. The retching causes so much pressure build up that she squirts formula out of the hole in her tummy, which is REALLY gross. Partially digested formula, YUCK! It gets all over everything. So, between her coughing up stuff from her lungs, and squirting formula out of the hole in her tummy, she has numerous wardrobe changes through out the day.
The good news is, she seems to be feeling MUCH better. We gave her a bath this morning, she didn't play like she normally does, but she didn't cry or whine either. And she slept in until 9:30, which was really nice for both of us.
Daddy made us chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. She didn't even want to try them. I, on the other hand, haven't stopped eating them since I woke up!
