My parents brought Lasagna over to our house last night for dinner. We always joke that we eat REALLY late on my birthday and we do. They knew I wouldn't have time to cook between Trick or Treating and Trick or Treaters, so they brought us some food! They were right, we didn't actually eat until close to 9pm. But as you can see, that didn't affect Maryam's enthusiasm for pasta! Girl knows how to get dirty!
I had a WONDERFUL birthday! Brett surprised me with tickets to see Wicked in Los Angeles on Thursday night. The show was GREAT, even on the third time seeing it. It was Brett's first time and he LOVED it! If any of you haven't seen it yet, please do so, you won't regret it! On Friday morning we woke up and went to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure babyless!!! We had a great time. We even managed to get home in time for me to make Mr. Bishop's costume, go Trick or Treating at all the grandparents' houses and be home in time to run out of candy for all the Trick or Treaters we had in our neighborhood! Like I said, it was a WONDERFUL birthday!
We are Jennifer and Brett, mommy and Daddy to Maryam, the former 25w 2d micropreemie and blessing sent from heaven. We started this blog about Maryam to help save time and keep our families and friends updated on our little miracle baby. Its been really fun sharing her day to day progress and we've been getting loads of wonderful feedback. Thanks to all of you for checking up on her. We know that everyone's lives are busy, we love that you all take the time to see how she's doing. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
